Our home is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents). We do not offer on-site parking or allow entering the city with a car. You cannot drop off luggage directly unless arriving by taxi, as they have special permission to enter.
If arriving by car, there is ample parking outside the walls and limited parking inside. Inside the walls: park only in blue paid spots (pay via machine or app). Outside the walls: we recommend the free parking lot, which is about a 10-15 minute walk to the house.
If arriving by train, the journey is simple. We are a quick and direct 14-minute walk to the house through the beautiful Porta San Pietro gate.

Casa Ettore is our full-time home that we rent out while off on our own adventures. While we make space for you, much of our personal belongings remain (especially in the master room). We open our home to you with trust and hope you will appreciate all the comforts that a regular home (not a sterile vacation rental) provides.
Required by Italian Law: We must collect passport information and submit it to Italian authorities within 24 hours of check-in. You will be asked to share a photo of all passports via Houfy's secure messaging system prior to check-in. The lockbox code will be shared only after all photos have been sent.
